Bob Joseph is a partner at Prowse Chowne and carries on a litigation practice with a focus on construction litigation, including builders’ liens, contract disputes and business litigation including shareholder disputes. He also handles various tort claims. He completed his articles at a large Edmonton firm and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2006.
Bob is a professional Engineer with 6 years’ experience in engineering design, construction, project management, modeling and planning and field operations. He instructed Contract Law and Construction Documents course at the University of Alberta for 4 years, which is a core course for the Construction Administration Certificate. He has also been a guest presenter at the Faculty of Engineering.
Bob’s professional affiliations include membership in the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA). Bob was the co-chair of the Northern Alberta CBA Construction section for eight years.
Bob is an ardent Edmonton booster, being born and raised here.
