Preksha Lukkhoo

Preksha is an associate in the litigation department at Prowse Chowne LLP. Her
practice focuses on disputes regarding employment, estates, expropriation, and general
litigation matters.

Preksha prides herself in taking the time necessary to thoroughly assess an issue and
in engaging with a risk-based analysis to develop a strategy for reaching her client’s
objectives.

Before being admitted to the Alberta bar, Preksha was a judicial clerk at the Court of
King’s Bench and clerked civil, family, and criminal matters in both English and French.
Preksha is a member of the Edmonton Bar Association and the Canadian Bar
Association. Outside the office, Preksha is a volleyball player and a traveler.
