Jordan Dugas

Jordan practises in the area of corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on land, asset and share purchase transactions, secured lending transactions, and commercial real estate. Jordan also has experience assisting clients in a broad range of commercial matters, including employment law and shareholder disputes, as well as niche commercial litigation matters. He always strives to provide clear, pragmatic legal advice to his clients.

He is on the executive committee of the Canadian Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section (North), which offers seminars to assist articling students and young lawyers in the early development of their legal careers.

Jordan enjoys travelling and playing just about any sport, but especially golf and baseball in the summer.
