Gary is a skilled negotiator with a passion for business law. He is known as a creative planner and practiced strategist for complex business situations. One of his strengths is his ability to engage and lead business experts to provide his clients with comprehensive business solutions. Gary’s current practice focuses on corporate organization and succession planning, commercial leasing and real estate, intellectual property, business strategic planning, corporate acquisitions, mergers and sales, and commercial transactions.
Gary’s involvement in the community is extensive. He is a past board member of Edmonton Northlands, Alberta Health Services, the Edmonton Police Commission and the Royal Alexandra Hospital, and founding board member of the Capital Health Authority, among many others. Gary has also provided pro-bono counsel to various non-profit groups.
Gary enjoys outdoor activities and tries to golf as often as possible.
