As Chief Operating Officer, Kelly keeps everything running smoothly and efficiently at Prowse Chowne LLP. She leads all strategy related to the firm’s operations, long-term goals and business growth, she recruits new lawyers and support staff and is a member of the executive committee. She believes in working collaboratively with the partnership and entire team, and creating solid outcomes that result in customer service excellence. 

A tactical and entrepreneurial senior executive, Kelly boasts a proven track record for successfully leading and executing local and national business development, marketing, and operational and expansion strategies. Focused on sustainability and improvement, Kelly brings a positive reputation for leading people and building capacity.

Kelly is a proud mom of twin girls and a dedicated community booster. She has lent her talent to several boards and Edmonton events, including serving on boards with Canterbury Foundation, Capital Care Foundation, Glenrose Regional Hospital Foundation and Crime Stoppers, and as chair of ceremonies for the World Curling Championships.
